ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 71 of 2016. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein has registered a case in Crime No.71 of 2016 on 23.08.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(i)(n)/6 of POCSO Act 2012 and Section 9, 10, 11 Prevention of Child Marriage Act 2006 and Section 406 and 420 of IPC, but, sofar, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Madurai on 12.10.2017, but, sofar, the case was not taken on file.

Mahila Court, Madurai, is directed to verify, if already charge sheet has been filed, then he should take the case on file without further delay.
