ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused No.2 to 5, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 376 of I.P.C., registered in Crime No.4 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that 1st accused by giving a false promise as to marry the defacto complainant, having sexual relationship with her and while the defacto complainant ask him to marry her, the 1st accused refused to do so. Hence the complaint was lodged by the defacto complainant.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is in no way connected with the offences, hence he pleads for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners in this application are not arrayed as accused in Crime No.4 of 2018.
