This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.208 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.43 of 2016 and the case against the petitioner was ended in conviction. 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
