ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 11 of 2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein has registered a case in Crime No.11 of 2017 on 30.01.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 323, 427, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, but, sofar, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram on 20.07.2017, but, sofar, the case was not taken on file.

Padmanabhapuram, is directed to verify, if already charge sheet has been filed, then he should take the case on file without further delay.
