ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Registry was directed to collect particulars from the Special Courts for NDPS cases, functioning within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, as regards cases where mandatory bail was granted to the accused. But the said report has not been received by today. The concerned Registry official to speak in this regard.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
