Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 376(D) @ 376 I.P.C. in Cr.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are in love each other and due to the same both of them have physical relationship and hence, the defacto complainant has become pregnant. When the defacto complainant requested the petitioner to marry her, he refused the same, for which she preferred a complaint before the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the serious offence levelled against the petitioner, this is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
