Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had availed financial assistance from the respondent Corporation. The account appears to have turned into nonperforming asset. The petitioner has given a representation for rescheduling the loan obligations. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel pointed out that the relief of regularisation was given on two occasions earlier. But on both the occasions, the petitioner failed to avail. The cheque given by the petitioner appears to have bounced.

4. Be that as it may, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
