ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition having been listed today for granting further time, coming up for hearing, upon perusing the Order dated 11/8/2015 passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.15457 of 2015 and the Letter vide D.No.521 dated 2/12/2015 of the Judicial Magistrate No.III/Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (FAC), Tiruchirappalli and in the presence of Counsel appearing for both sides the Court made the following Order:- The Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirappalli sought further extension of two months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.28 of 2013.

2.Tims is extended for further period of two months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirappalli to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
