ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation alleging that the TASMAC shop, bearing No.7939, at Veerachalan River bed, Keelathoondi Vinayagampettai Village, Thiruvidaimaruthoor Taluk, Thanjavur District, is in hindrance to the general public and in an area, which is surrounded by Schools and places of Worship.

2. Though there is no specific averment with respect to the distance violation, keeping in view the pendency of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.1592 of 2021 representation made by the petitioner dated 23.01.2021, we call upon the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
