ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The deceased Kayalvizhi, daughter in law of the petitioner died within a period of seven years of her marriage. In respect of her death, a case was initially registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C., which was later altered into Section 304(B) IPC in Crime No.59 of 2014. As the allegation was against the petitioner herein, he was arrested and he is in judicial custody from 26.06.2015. Seeking bail, this petition is filed

3. According to the case of the prosecution, the deceased Kayalvizhi married the son of the petitioner herein and while they were living as husband and wife, she was subjected to cruelty on account of demand of dowry alleged to have been made by the petitioner herein. It is represented that the enquiry by the Revenue Divisional Officer is over and main witnesses have been already examined.
4.The fact remains that the second accused viz., the husband of the deceased has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13750 of 2015 on 21.07.2015. Inasmuch as the person mainly responsible for the well being of the deceased has been already granted anticipatory bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, Trichy District.
