RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS in both the petitions Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in the Gazette Notification No.43 dt.09.10.2013 and numbered 04014/1/2012- salt, passed by the first respondent, in so far as it relates to renewal of leases, and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to continue to renew the lease of the Petitioner on such conditions as may be agreed upon by the Petitioner in WP.(MD).No.15464 of 2015 and ii) to stay the operation of the gazette Notification No.43 dated:09.10.2013 and numbered 04014/1/2012 - salt, passed by the first respondent in MP.(MD).No.2 of 2015 pending the disposal of the WP.(MD).No.15464 of 2015 respectively.
