(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The writ petition as styled is not maintainable in law. The petitioner cannot seek as a matter of right seeking a direction against the respondent No.1 to stop all the proceedings based on the report of the second respondent dated 04.12.2020 till its publication. These issues are not amenable to the jurisdiction of this Court. It is for the appropriate authority to consider the relevant materials and take a call.
2.In such view of the matter, the present writ petition filed on the premise that any action taken would create clash between two communities, cannot the basis being in the realm of speculation to maintain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
