ORDER

The present petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner was only attestor of the document. The case in Crime No.15 of 2017 is pending for a long time and the petitioner is unnecessary being harassed. Hence, he prayed the FIR to be quashed. 3.On the side of the respondents it is stated that investigation in this case was already over and the respondent is likely to file a charge sheet within a week and prayed the petition to be dismissed.
