ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 19.06.2018. The petitioner however did not surrender as directed. Therefore, the earlier order granted got itself worked out. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) of IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act, in Crime No.3 of 2016.

3.Taking notes of the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court had already granted relief to her, I am of the view that sufficient reasons have been given for the petitioner's non compliance of the order passed earlier.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Special Judge for TANPID Cases, Madurai, and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
