This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 232 days in representing the above said Civil revision petition.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed by the petitioner in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay caused in representing the civil revision petition.

3.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
