ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the defactcomplainant, to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.240 of 2015, at early.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation, the matter was referred as 'mistake of fact' and a report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti on 09.03.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that sofar, no notice has been received with regard to filing of referred charge sheet.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to serve the RCs notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
