O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni to dispose of the case in S.C.No.174 of 2017 at early.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the law graduate and the above case was registered in the year 2015 and due to the pendency of the aforesaid case the petitioner is not able to enroll as an advocate and hence, he requested to direct the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.174 of 2017 at early.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the case is pending for framing of charges.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.174 of 2017 within a period of six months from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
