Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.29 of 2019 registered on the file of Kumbakonam Railway Police Station. The petitioner had lost valuable jewelery during journey in Cholan Express on 09.06.2019.
