This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose the case in S.C.No.303 of 2020.

2.This Court, by an order dated 17.03.2022 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.303 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case.
