ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, was remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 22.07.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 436 IPC in Crime No.421 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution, on 15.05.2015 at 8.00 p.m after closing the shop, the defacto complainant went to his house and at 11.30 p.m the accused set fire to the shop and damaged motorcycles worth of Rs.2,30,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence had taken place on 15.05.2015 the accused was arrested after two months i.e on 22.07.2015 and due to previous enmity, he has been falsely roped in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the confession, the petitioner is implicated as the accused and he has been in custody for more than 20 days and the petitioner has one previous case of other IPC offence.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
