Respondents/Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent, the Deputy Superintendent of Police,Virudhunagar Sub Division, Virudhunagar, to register the case on the basis of complaint dated 06.11.2017 which made by this petitioner and direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioners complaint to the third respondent for necessary action.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dtaed 06.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is running a grocery Whole Sale Business in the name and style of "R.Nandini & sons". He further submitted that the proposed accused purchased grocery from the petitioner's company and in the said transaction, a sum of Rs.57,08,396.65/- is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liable to be paid by the proposed accused. He further submitted that when the petitioner made a request to pay the said amount, the proposed accused abused him and criminally intimidated him and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 06.11.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the complaint is pending for enquiry before the third respondent.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
