ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 120B, 294 (b),419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Cr.No.289 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner A3 has impersonated him as the owner of the property in order to grab the property and execute a sale deed in favour of A1 and A2, for which A4 and A5 are attesting witnesses. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is pending and the petitioner is not the owner of the property, however, he impersonated himself as the owner of the property without any title deed had executed the sale deed in favour of A1 and A2. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the offence committed by the petitioner is a heinous offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
