The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 12 in Crime No.270 of 2023 registered on the file of the 1st respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 143 and 341 IPC. Now, they have moved this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.270 of 2023 registered against them.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that after the investigation, the case in Crime No.270 of 2023 has been closed as 'further action dropped' on 20.12.2023.
