This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2018 and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is doing business in the name and style of ASFEW Construction. He further submitted that the proposed accused approached the petitioner and made a request to construct a house on his land. Accordingly, the petitioner has put up a construction. While completing 90% of construction work, the proposed accused criminally intimidated the workers and hence, the petitioner could not complete the construction work. Further, the proposed accused is continuously giving torture to the petitioner and hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 08.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint CSR No.42 of 2018 has been issued and enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquriy and the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
