O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the F.I.R in Crime No.37 of 2020 dated 23.03.2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ramjee Nagar Police Station, Tiruchirappalli District as against the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is also made ready.

3. Since the final report is also made ready, the first respondent is directed to produce the same before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. After filing the final report, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he is at liberty to work out his remedy before the concerned Court.

4. With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
