Order:This Criminal Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this court, dated:25.8.2015, this court made the following order:- The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tenkasi (FAC of Sankarankoil), sought further extension of two months'time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.1024 of 2015 of 2015 (STC No.164 of 2015). 2.

Time is extended for further period of two months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tenkasi (FAC of Sankarankoil), to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
