O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2018 and to take necessary action in accordance with law within the stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Pushbam, who is the petitioner's neighbour has stored the wastage of the human and other wastages near the petitioner's house and when the same was questioned, the said Pushbam abused her with filthy language and also criminally intimidated her. Further, the said Pushbam's son also committed same kind of offence and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 08.02.2018, but sofar, no action has bee taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint CSR No.37 of 2018 has been issued and the same is pending for enquiry.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
