PRAYER :- To grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.OP (MD)No.17539 of 2019 dated 02.12.2019 on the file of this Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner had been directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- directly to the defacto complainant by taking a demand draft. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner is having some difficulties in mobilising the said amount and seeks some more time.

2. The petitioner is granted three more weeks for complying with the said condition, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
