Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.02.2018.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused persons have fraudulently created certain documents, with a view to grab the petitioner's property and hence, the complaint was lodged on 01.02.2018, before the second respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending before the second respondent. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
