ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2017 dated 12.02.2017 and to file a final report.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein registered a case in Crime No.4 of 2017 on 12.02.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 417 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, but, sofar, final report has not been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate level) Madurai on 15.06.2017, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.198 of 2017.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
