The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the internal administration of the Assembly of God Church, Attoor, Kanyakumari District.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation given by the petitioner on 21.01.2021 was closed, since the petitioner did not appear before the second respondent police for enquiry. 3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
