ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner ought not to have impleaded the foreign consulate as party respondents because this Court will not have any jurisdiction over them. 3.Be that as it may, it is obvious that the petitioner is a victim of online fraud. The petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh 2/3

complaint before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Cell Police Station, Trichy. They are directed to register an FIR based on the complaint to be given by the petitioner. Of-course the accused will be unknown persons. It is for the jurisdictional police to take action as per law thereafter.

4.With liberty to the petitioner and direction to the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Trichy, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
