This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.23/2020 dated 24.12.2020 on the file of AWPS Theni Police Station, Theni District.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and Final report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Theni and the same was taken cognizance in CC No.121 of 2021 and the case is posted to 15.09.2021 for appearance of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P(MD)No.2279 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that Crl.O.P(MD) No.14295 of 2021 has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashment of charge sheet.
4.In view of the above, this petition has become infructuous and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
