This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.34 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that charge sheet has already been filed on 04.02.2015.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
