Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 2nd respondent. This application is filed to withdraw 50% of the award mount along with accrued interest. There is no appeal by the respondent challenging the quantum of compensation. Under such circumstances, permission is granted for withdrawal of 50% of the award amount. So far as the major claimants are concerned.
