Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.02.2018, under Sections 147, 447, 448, 294(b), 452 and 506(ii) of IPC and further direct them to investigate into the matter.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused along with rowdy elements prevented the petitioner from constructing a toilet and also abused her with filthy language and also criminally intimidated her and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 09.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint CSR.No.51 of 2018 has been issued and thereafter, enquiry has been conducted and its was closed on 22.02.2018, as it is civil in nature.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply has submitted that the second respondent has not informed the fact that the petitioner's complaint has been closed.

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to send notice to the petitioner by RPAD within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, with regard to the closure of his complaint. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law. 6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
