PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife namely Santhi, W/o.K.Senthilkumar (Female, aged 35 years) before this Court and consequently set her at liberty. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife, namely, Santhi, W/o.K.Senthilkumar (Female, aged 35 years) before this Court and consequently set her at liberty.
2. Pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on the file of the second respondent, enquiry was conducted and it was closed, since the occurrence took place within the jurisdiction of Appanthirupathy Police Station, Madurai District. On the complaint lodged by the mother of the third respondent, the Inspector of Police, Appanthirupathy Police Station, Madurai District registered the case in Crime No.31 of 2020 and a special team has been formed to trace the petitioner's wife.
3. Considering the above, the Inspector of Police, Appanthirupathy Police Station is directed to secure the petitioner's wife and produce her within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
