ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) The writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment made by the 6th respondent in S.F.No.51/2C of Illuppakudi Village, Sakkottai Panchayat Union, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, within a time frame.

Even in the typedset, the proceedings of the Tahsildar in e.f.M5/7230/2021 dated 15.12.2021 has been filed, which states that the 6th respondent has encroached the property by erecting a barbed-wire fencing which was confirmed in the survey proceedings.
Further, the Tahsildar has directed the 4th respondent / Block Development Officer, to remove the encroachments. Further, the Revenue Divisional Officer also in his proceedings dated 17.12.2021 had issued directions to remove the encroachments under the Tamilnadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. 3.
Now the writ petitioner is also seeking the same relief to remove the encroachment made by the 6th respondent. As already the officials have found that there is an encroachment by the 6th respondent, the process of removal of encroachment may be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
