Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue suitable direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by the second respondent concerning to the contract of specific performance with petitioner's wife Jebarani.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's wife has entered into a sale agreement with the second respondent for selling her property for a sum of Rs.4,20,000/- and also received a sum of Rs.2,49,000/-. He further submitted that instead of filing suit for specific performance, the second respondent has lodged a complaint before the first respondent and based on that the first respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the second respondent an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed, as the dispute is civil in nature. Hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
