ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The petitioner complaints of alleged encroachment on Corporation land by the third respondent at Pathu Nonbu Chavadi Street, East Sandaipettai at Ward No.53.

2. The official respondents are represented by Mr.R.Murali. Mr.R.Murali, submits on instructions that the inspection conducted by the Corporation has revealed that there is no encroachment on any Corporation land by the third respondent herein. In view of such clear and categorical submission on behalf of Madurai Corporation, no order can be made on this petition.
