ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 193, 466, 467, 468, 471, 472, 417 and 420 r/w 120(b) of I.P.C., in Crime No.1 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in Crime No.1 of 2014 and she is only a witness and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest.
