ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has fabricated certain documents with a view to craft the petitioner's property and hence, the petitioner has asked them about their illegal activities and at that time, they have abused the petitioner and also criminally intimidated him and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 19.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR.No.20 of 2018 has been issued and enquiry is still pending before the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry discloses any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
