ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.396 of 2013. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 24.07.2013 in Crime No.396 of 2013 under Section 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, but, so far, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that investigation is in progress and he requests three months time for filing final report.

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
