This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate Police Protection to the petitioner's life, limb and his property on the basis of the representation dated 18.01.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that a civil suit is pending between the parties and that the function shown in the complaint was already over and that therefore nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
