The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition stating that the petitioner is discharged from the charges by the trial Court and hence, this quash petition has become infructuous. He has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
