PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere the civil dispute pending suit in O.S.No.69 of 2016 and O.S.No.9 of 2018, consequently, not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily till the disposal of the above said suit.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere the civil dispute, suits are pending in O.S.No.69 of 2016 and O.S.No.9 of 2018, consequently, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
