Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the enquiry report dated 15.05.2013 submitted by the enquiry committee and confirming the approving resolution dated 14.03.2014 by the 1st and 2nd Respondent, quash the same and further directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to cancel the appointment of the 7th respondent dated 13.06.2008 and thereby appoint the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor/lecturer in the 1st Respondent University with effect from 2008 with all attendant benefits including monitorial benefits and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Muneeswaran Advocate for Mr.S.J.Chakkaravarthy Advocate for the Petitioner this Court made the following order: Heard.

2.Perusedthe averments made in the accompanying affidavit. 3.As already the delay of 170 days in filling the restoration petition is set aside and satisfying with the submissions of the learned counsel, this petition is allowed setting aside the order dated 08.07.2019 and restoring W.P.(MD)No.10774 of 2014 to its file.
