ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a District Secretary in RYFI (Revolutionary Youth Federation of India), Theni District, affixed the posters regarding Sand Theft. That being so, on 23.12.2017 the proposed accused persons criminally intimidated the petitioner by using filthy language and also his caste name and compelled him to withdraw his earlier complaint, dated 10.12.2017 and with regard to the same, the petitioner herein, has sent a complaint through registered post on 25.12.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that after enquiry, the complaint was closed on 22.01.2018. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
