FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO.144/2022 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.144 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.07.2022, the accused person stolen two goats belonging to the de-facto complainant. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the accused person stolen two goats belonging to the de-facto complainant. Further he would further submit that the petitioner is having fifteen

(15) previous cases. Hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled as against the petitioner and also considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
