ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned petition submitted by him under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 3.The petitioner's counsel would point out that enquiry in this case got concluded as early as 08.10.2020 and that, till date, final order has not been passed. The respondent is directed to pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
